The Client has the right to return the products requested to ELE VELANDIA as long as the period of 14 calendar days is respected, from the receipt of the shipment for its return. In this case the shipping and collection costs are borne by the customer. For returns, the security seal cannot be cut.

You can contact us to notify the return with info@elevelandia.com. The value of the purchase will be refunded in full, (with the exception of shipping costs), once the product enters our warehouses and its perfect condition and original packaging have been verified. Products without a seal are not accepted for return.

However, the Ele Velandia brand is responsible for any product that reaches the customer’s hands in poor condition or due to shipping with an error. In this case, we will bear both the cost of the product and the transportation costs of said items.
